I think it's an exciting twist on PvP, and could be a wonderful aspect of the game. You only need to do 2 or 3 sets of about 10 to 20 reps, and you only need 2 or 3 exercises to have a great plyometric workout. One of my colleagues pointed this out to me a couple weeks ago when she said, he's 10 minutes late and he walks in like he has no where to be. Barracks are where you Train troops for your army.
